Royalty Tracking Screenshots

In the Royalties Payable Record List you can view a list of Royalties Payable transactions. The transactions viewed can be based on any criteria you choose. You can use Quick Report to create a hard copy of any information you need regarding Royalties Payable.



The Royalty Payments file contains a listing of all payments made to authors. Use Quick Report for a hard copy. Double-click any record to view more detail.



The Royalty Payments Input Form is accessed by double-clicking a Royalty Payments record in the Royalty Payments Record List shown above. If the payment is an advance for a product that has begun to ship, there is a listing of the royalties earned against the advance in the Credits area.



The Royalty Detail file contains a history of earnings for each rule for each month for every royalty contract. From this Input Form you can view all the information about a specific earning.
